The Right Retirement Plan (“TRRP”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Contact information you provide through the Retirement Readiness Score quiz, newsletter signup, webinar registration, or contact forms: name, email, phone number, asset range.
Quiz responses: the answers you select during the 7-question Retirement Readiness Score assessment.
Usage data automatically collected when you visit the site: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar analytics information.
Cookies and similar technologies used by our analytics and advertising partners (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics).

How we use your information

To calculate and deliver your Retirement Readiness Score and personalized recommendations.
To match you with one of our Select Advisors based on your situation.
To send you the educational content you’ve opted in to receive (newsletter, webinar invites, follow-ups).
To operate, maintain, and improve the site and our content.
To comply with legal obligations.

Sharing your information

We share your contact information with the single Select Advisor you’re matched with after completing the Retirement Readiness Score. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

We may share aggregated, de-identified data for research and product improvement.

SMS Consent and Text Messaging Data

SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

When you agree to receive texts, we collect your phone number, a record of your consent (what you agreed to, plus when and where you agreed), and the history of text messages exchanged with you.

We use this information only to help with your request: scheduling your complimentary retirement review, sending booking links and appointment reminders, and following up on your request, including messages from our assistant Grace.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt out, and we stop texting that number. Opting out of texts does not affect email or phone follow up, and you can ask us to stop all contact by emailing hello@therightretirementplan.com.

We keep your phone number, consent record, and message history in our customer relationship management system so we can honor your opt out and answer questions about your request. You may request deletion of this information at any time by emailing us.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to operate the site and deliver services: Airtable (data storage), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Meta and Google (advertising analytics). Each processes data under its own privacy policies.

Your rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link at the bottom of any message.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.
California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah residents have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.

Children’s privacy

TRRP is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
